ShopMDITM a ShopFloorManager TM Application that is used to Automate the Manual Entry of Critical Data from Programs created with ShopMonitor. This Time Sensitive Critical Data can include data from Production, Maintenance, Probe Measurements, Inspection, System State Data....

This Collected Data is immediately available for use by other ShopFloorManager Applications such as ShopReports, ShopCharts... ShopCharts is a Real-Time Interactive Application where Users can interrogate any of it's Displayed Events by a simply Zoom & Click on the Event!

Some examples of this Time Sensitive Critical Data that ShopMDITM can collect are Production/Cycle Counts, Production/Cycle Times, Production/Idle Times, Production/Cycle Start, Production/Cycle End, Probe Data, Inspection Data, Tool Changes, Feed Rate Override, Machine Hold, etc.

Note: Use ShopMDI to supplement Automated CNCs or if you can't use Macros with DPrints in N/C Files or your Machine Tools don't support DPrint!
